I coach kids football. The other day I had a discussion with one of the other coaches regarding heating. I put in extra heating to avoid damage until I conducted a speed session / short sprint intervals. The other coach is fysioterapeaut and believed that children who are not reached puberty did not need heating. The kids who are 9-10 years might as well start asked without heating. It sounds terrific but is it something to hold this? My 9 year old son also enjoys running / jogging, but I find very little information about this online. Seems almost like it's shame on me that the children of 9 years running and not just toys. Does anyone else have experience with children of their own and running?
