Adam Fleischman just won t quit. The unstoppable name behind Umami, 800 Degrees and the ever-blossoming AdVantage Restaurant Partners, Fleischman is constantly churning out new projects ( even as old ones die off ).
His latest debut is a collaboration with French chef David Féau (The Royce), wherein the duo will be putting together a pop-up in the  old Red Medicine space , which was itself ltd a Fleischman ltd joint. As detailed by LA Mag , the temporary eatery will run from February 12 through the end of the month, but only on Thursday, Friday and Saturday ltd nights .
Titled Coin de Rue (Street Corner, in French), the plan is to drop French bistro dishes by way of a four course tasting menu, all for $55. Smaller one off dishes will also be available as additions to the fixed menu.
