Believe it or not, it was my brother who initiate the whole circus. It was he who got me to start blogging and it was he who introduced the cream, butter and fat for me. It was also he who took me from corn - but I have forgiven long ago - when I've seen all the health kho benefits this brings! He is now deeply involved in diet, fitness and health, and has given me many challenges and good discussions. So this is my brother kho Ole Morten and here comes a bit of history about his new lifestyle. It all started for less than a year ago (approximately kho September 2010!). Just look at the pictures where large lot has happened !!!
I think it can be called a typical Norwegian diet. In periods I tried to lose weight and at those times I had extra focus on choosing lean products and exercising more. Unfortunately lasted periods never very long, up to 1 month, but more normally 1-2 weeks. The periods were simply not going to hold out. Finally kho took the tickling by assorted candies prevail.
Irregular one keyword, yet I have always trained a bit. As I mentioned above, I have had periods where I would lose weight and then I have tried to exercise more, preferably 5-6 times a week. The problem has been that I have never managed to create a solid routine over time. Whether kho I was sick, injured or lost profits and motivation to continue. What caused you to change your lifestyle? Why?
It started with the idea that there had to be a better way to eat and exercise. I started when searching kho online to find out what was going for the body should kho function optimally What changes have you done?
I have made many changes, but the 3 main change kho in diet have I done to reduce the amount of toxins I eat. When I talk about "toxins" I mean simply nutrients that create problems for the body in one way or another. The toxicity will often be dependent on the amount or concentration. Based on what I ate before they were three important kho changes for me as follows:
Avoid all types of grains. This is to reduce the intake of plant toxins that gluten, lectins and the like. The exception is white rice as it mostly only starch Avoid industrial refined vegetable oils (soybean, sunflower, canola, etc.) This is to reduce omega6: omega3 ratio, and try to keep the total amount flerumettetfett under 4% of the total energy intake Avoid foods with added sugar, in order to reduce the intake of fructose. Where have you sought information? From whom?
When I started, I had the impression that many "health experts" had a personal relationship with their diet and that they were more concerned to "sell" their diet rather than to learn more and find an optimal diet. I was therefore particularly looking for talented people who expressed that it was trying to understand your body best and just wanted to share this information with others
Eventually I found blogs like The healthy skeptic, Whole Health Source and Perfect health diet and from these it was easy to find many other talented people. How does your diet today?
I eat 2-3 meals a day. If I eat breakfast I start the day with like an omelette or other varieties of fried eggs with different accessories. Another breakfast I often eat if I have bad time is Turkish yogurt and berries. For dinner it is usually meat, potatoes, vegetables and salad. In addition I have some dishes I try to eat at least once a week: fish, liver and a dinner with much broth (stew, frikase etc.) How do you train?
I try to keep myself in activity every day, often it will just be a walk. In addition I train strength 2-3 times a week and asked or interval 1-2 times a week. I try to avoid sitting as far as possible, but it can be challenging when you have an office job and study next. I use a standing desk work as often as I have the opportunity. What goals have you with change?
Get good health and get in the best shape possible. & Nbs
