The weekend 7th-9th. March organized Norwegian Rural Youth (NBU) its annual spring course lidle in Stjørdal. Rogaland was one of 11 county branches represented at the weekend. Friday we started with an inspiring lecture on reputation management, hosted by Frank Abel Seth from Sandeid. The weekend consisted of directorships courses and various short courses, lidle from morning to night. NBU is solid at the organizational training! There are both internal and external lidle trainers.
Saturday night was the tradition belief held banquet. It was a traditional evening of song, swing and lots of fun. Rogaland BU had a good year last year. In this course, we have been inspired to continue efforts to generate interest among young people and activities in Rogaland. The weekend June 20 to 22 organizes Rogaland BU summer conference at Orre in Klepp municipality. We have received many tips and ideas on how we can organize it so that it becomes a best weekend for all participants.
Rogaland BU has, in contrast to the trend at the national lidle level, a male head of the county. Nine of the 11 county leaders are women, and celebrated Women's Day on Saturday that was. Rogaland BU has not had a woman in the top position in the county since 2010, but the current chairman Arne Undheim is not worried.

Each year, the NBU Landsstevnet, a week with lots of competitions, swing, songs and fun for over 1500 participants. This weekend could Jamboree main committee divulge the bands that will perform on stage during Landsstevnet 15-July 20 2014 Akershus. This was done by a very creative "Beat for Beat" -imitasjon, with the main committee chairman Terje waterfall-Hellesjø as himself Ivar Dyrhaug.
